DEACON LEO FLYNN
Deacon Leo has served the Archdiocese for well over 25 years and has ministered here for the past four years. I first met Deacon Leo when he knocked at my door at Our Lady of Victory at the recommendation of Bishop Curlin. He has been a devoted servant or Our Lord and Our Lady even long before his ordination as a deacon. He and his wife, Helen, and their family, will be moving to Fredericksburg, Virginia on the 16th of December. I am deeply indebted to Deacon Leo for his service and will always treasure him as a friend. Even though he will no longer serve as a deacon here on a regular basis, I hope Deacon Leo will return from time-to-time. I am confident that he will return to Medugorje and continue to invite pilgrims to heed Our Lady’s messages.
WELCOME DEACON MONTFORD NAYLOR
Deacon Montford Naylor moved from his diocese in New York to live with his daughter after the death of his wife. He has been attending our Saturday Vigil Mass on a regular basis since that time. He has been granted faculties of the Archdiocese of Washington and will now be assisting at the altar and in other (yet to be determined ministries). We welcome him with great joy!
