CAMP MARIA
2020 was quite a year. As life returns to pre-Covid normal, what will you do differently? How will you reconnect and recharge with faith, family and friends?
If you are seeking ways to deepen your faith, have fun, and create lasting memories for you and your children, we invite you to consider attending the 2021 Labor Day Family Retreat, September 3-6 at Camp Maria, Leonardtown, Maryland. http://campmaria.org/
This three-day retreat for adults, families and children takes place every year at the site of a former camp for girls in Southern Maryland overlooking beautiful Breton Bay (about two hours from DC). The retreat features daily outdoor Mass, adult faith formation sessions with a priest and supervised crafts and sports for the children. Campers stay in furnished cabins and eat meals in a dining room with a spectacular view. There is free time for swimming, canoeing, crabbing, bingo and old fashioned fun for all ages.
We are looking for adults of all ages and families with children to join our group in 2021. Please contact BS parishioner Susan Campbell ([email protected]) for more information.
