Soup Kitchen Ministry

Thank you for your generous support of Blessed Sacrament's Soup Kitchen Ministry over the years. Although the soup kitchen where we usually volunteer has not resumed its regular meal program, our ministry has continued its mission of feeding the hungry in our community. With your contributions, we recently were able to provide financial assistance for the soup kitchen's carry-out meal program, as well as for the food pantries and meal programs at Catholic Charities and the Father McKenna Center. Until the regular monthly Outreach collection at the doors of the church starts up again, checks made out to the "Blessed Sacrament Outreach Collection" can be mailed to or dropped in the mailbox at the Parish Center, 3630 Quesada St., NW, Washington, DC 20015.
