Beginning February 1st, you can obtain a copy of your Tax Year 2020 contributions statement by contacting Rick Perry at [email protected]. If you don't have email, please leave a message on Rick's voicemail at 202.449.3982 with your name, address and phone. Please allow 2-3 days for receipt of your 2020 statement.
