Dear Blessed Sacrament Parishioners,
We are excited to share with you some upcoming events organized by our Youth Ministry students. Over the next few months, we have planned several special charity and social events that we believe will make a positive impact in our community.
We take pride in our small garden located in the yard of the rectory. We have nurtured it with love, using seasonal produce and enriching the soil with natural compost from our dedicated compost bin, also situated in the rectory yard.
To ensure the success of this project, we are incredibly grateful to have the expertise and guidance of two amazing parents from our Youth Ministry. A heartfelt thank you goes out to Will Milligan and Sarah-Jane Jackson. Their support has been invaluable, and we couldn't be more thankful for their involvement.
Our Coat Drive is underway. As the cold season approaches, we want to ensure that children in need are equipped with warm clothing. We kindly request you to donate any children's coats you may have. You can drop off donations in the lobby of the Parish Center or the main entrance of the church. You can purchase one from our Amazon Wish List here. and it will be sent directly to the parish. Doing so will make a huge difference in their lives.
Lastly, we would like to express our gratitude to everyone who contributed to our Halloween costume drive. Thanks to your generosity, we were able to collect a whopping seven boxes of costumes that were distributed to children in need. We are truly humbled by your kindness and willingness to make a difference.
Thank you for supporting our Youth Ministry. You can see photos from our activities below.
Warm regards,
Maryanne Bruno
